Stiffler, died at her home in Cross Keys at 3.40 o'clock yesterday afternoon following a brief illness. She was born in Cambria county on July 10, 1874, a daughter of Michael and Lucinda Slonaker. Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Pearl Grove of Cross Keys; five grandchildren, one brother, Simon Slonaker of Florida, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Hildabrand of Cambria county. Mrs. Stiffler was a member of the First Brethren church in Altoona. She reposes at the home of her daughter in Cross Keys. STIFFLER - Funeral services for Mrs. Lucinda Florence Stiffler, of Cross Keys, will be held from the home of her daughter in Cross Keys Monday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery, Jackson township, Ebensburg. Mrs. Stiffler reposes at the home of her daughter in Cross Keys. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Saturday, May 16, 1942
