HARRY STIFFLER Of Duncansville R.D. 1, was found dead at his home around noon yesterday and Deputy coroner Edgar *. Walls said death was apparently due to a heart attack. He was born in Canoe Creek, Sept. 11, 1867, the son of Sylvanus L. and Eliza J. (Schellenberger) Stiffler, and married Flora Forsht, June 26, 1901 in Altoona, who died Feb. 19, 1928. [1938 - ed.] Surviving are the following daughters and sons, Grace E. Cherry of Altoona; Mrs. Mabel R. Hammann of Carlisle, Mrs. Sarah J. Delozier, H. Arthur Stiffler and C. Wilford Stiffler of Duncansville. Mr. Stiffler was a member of Zion Lutheran church of Hollidaysburg. He operated a hardware store in Hollidaysburg for a number of years and was recently a clerk in the Delozier Coal yards, Duncansville. He was also an officer in both the Allegheny and Blair Pomona grange. Friends will be received at the Liebegott funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening.
