MRS. ISA LORETTA STIVER

Of 514 First avenue, widow of William Howard Stiver, died at her home at 
11:15 o'clock yesterday morning of a cerebral hemorrhage.  She was born on 
Sept. 15, 1869, at McAlevy's Fort, a daughter of David and Jennie 
(McWilliams) Stewart, and was married in Altoona forty-eight years ago.  
Surviving are the following children: George E. Stiver, Mrs. Nellie Swartz, 
Mrs. Mary Shiffler, Mrs. Fay and Mrs. Helen Ebersole, all of Altoona, and 
Alvin Stiver of Sany Lake, Pa.: twelve grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. 
Rose Moore of Altoona.  Mrs. Stivaer was a member of the Fifth Avenue 
Methodist church and of the Branches of the Vine Sunday school class.  
Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening.
