RALPH STOM
[d. December 5, 1937]

An employee of the Pennsylvania railroad and working as a blacksmith in the 
South Altoona shop, died last night at 6 o'clock while at his work in the 
shop.  Death was attributed to a heart attack.  The Altoona hospital 
ambulance was sent to the shop and the man was taken to the hospital where he 
was pronounced dead on arrival.  He resided near Carson Valley church, just 
west of Cross Keys.  The deceased was 50 years of age.
