MRS. SUSANNAH STONE

Died at 9:50 o'clock yesterday forenoon at the residence of her daughter, 
Mrs. B. F. Balsinger, 1905 Seventh avenue.  She was born in Southwark, 
Philadelphia, January 25, 1798, and in consequence would be 95 years old had 
she lived until next Wednesday.  She was married to Andrew Tybent Stone, of 
Philadelphia, but he died in Hollidaysburg August 12, 1847, at the age of 50.  
Mrs. Stone was a sister of the late Judge George B. McFarlane and of Mrs. O. 
Curtis, of Hollidaysburg.  She was the mother of seven children, of whom four 
are living and three dead.  The living are William, of Hollidaysburg; Rebecca 
Andrews, of Providence, R.I.; Susan Balsinger, of Altoona, and Harry H. 
Stone, of Altoona.  Those dead are Andrew Jackson, Washington J. and Mrs. H. 
A. Boggs, wife of ex-Senator Boggs. . . .  The funeral will take place at 3 
o'clock tomorrow afternoon.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.
