All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ STONER - On Thursday last, Mrs. Jacob Stoner of Altoona, was severely burned, by the accidental upsetting of a kerosene lamp, by her little child, aged two years, whilst sewing beside a table. Her clothes caught fire, burning her terribly. Her recovery is doubtful. Mrs. Stoner, whose maiden name was Wilson, formerly lived in Frankstown township, and was a member of the Presbyterian church of this place. She suffered uncomplainingly, and died, on Saturday, the death of a christian.
