Miss Lola Stonerook, daughter of Jacob and Mary Stonerook of Roaring Spring, died at the parental home on Saturday evening, at 6 o'clock of pneumonia, following an attack of influenza. She was born at Henrietta on Sept. 19, 1886. She has resided in Roaring Spring for the past 12 years, where she has been employed as a stenographer in the office of the D. M. Bare Paper company. She was a member of the Roaring Spring Methodist Episcopal church and is survived by her parents and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Maud Berkheimer and Mrs. Blanche Showalter, both of Roaring Spring; Catharine at home, Elvin Stonerook of Sparrows Point, Frank Stonerook with the 305th Engineers in France, Merle Stonerook at the Indiana State Normal Training camp. The funeral will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and will be in charge of her pastor, Rev. A. S. Williams. Interment in Greenlawn cemetery.
