Mr. Stouch was born Oct. 1, 1868, at Lebanon, a son of Peter and Frances (Stine) Stouch. His wife, Minnie, died in 1944. Surviving are two nephews, Howard G. Helley of Juniata and Charles Peters of Altoona. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. A brother, the late John P. Stouch, was a former city councilman. Mr. Stouch retired from the Pennsylvania railroad as assistant foreman of the coach department after nearly 53 years' service. Following his retirement, he was ordained as a mission worker. Friends will be received at Mauk & Yates funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, March 9, 1955
