Stouffer, 805 Washington avenue, died Monday at 1:45 p.m. at his home of a self-inflicted gun wound. Mr. Stouffer was born March 8, 1895, at Tyrone, son of Samuel and Emma White Stouffer and on Dec. 5, 1914 at Tyrone, he married Virginia Davis. Surviving are the wife, a daughter, Mrs. Ardith Pressler, and a grandchild of Tyrone; a sister, Mrs. Alice Stewart, Tyrone; three brothers, George and Joseph, Tyrone, and Jesse B. of Philadelphia. He attended the Missionary Alliance church, and was a machinist in the Juniata shops of the P.R.R. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Graham and Getz funeral home in charge of the Rev. G. L. S. Kyper. Burial will be in Eastlawn cemetery.
