STOY Of 520 East Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado, a native of Altoona, died in the Glockner-Penrose Hospital there at 11:50 p.m. yesterday after several months' illness. She was born in Altoona July 13, 1893, a daughter of John S. and Mary Jane Wagner McCoy and formerly resided at 1314 16th Avenue, Altoona, working for a number of years at the Sanker Lunchroom and in the Altoona Catholic High School cafeteria prior to moving to Colorado Springs 12 years ago. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Madeline Richards of West Hazleton, Mrs. Rita Meier. with whom she resided, and Mrs. Carrie Small of Philadelphia; five grandchildren, one great-grandson, and five brothers and sisters, Mrs. Susie Miller and Allen of Chest Springs, Mrs. Edith Barr of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Carrie Orsagos and Gerald of Colorado Springs. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews, among them the Rev. Robert J. McCoy, assistant pastor of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. She was preceded in death by her husband, Meade Stoy and three brothers, the Rev. Robert J. McCoy, O.M.I., Raymond and Ralph. Mrs. Stoy also served as housekeeper for the late Rev. Leo C. Bailey of Lakemont. Interment will be in Colorado Springs. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., June 11, 1959
