DR. THOMAS F. STRATFORD 

Aged 76, of 706 Fourth avenue, North, St. Petersburg, Fla., and a former 
resident of Altoona, died in Bay Pines hospital Aug. 10, after 11 months of 
illness of embolism.  Surviving are his wife, three sons and three daughters.  
He was a graduate of the Pennsylvania Dental college, Philadelphia, and a 
veteran of the Spanish-American war.  While in Altoona he made his home with his 
uncle, J. F. Stratford, a former marble dealer at 1204 Seventh avenue, and was 
employed in the marble yard.  Interment was made in the veterans' cemetery at 
SL. Petersburg.
