Study, 111 West Ninth street, died at her home Sunday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock, following a long illness. She was born August 30, 1869 in Tyrone, the daughter of Samuel B. and Belle Bittinger Study. Surviving are two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Katherine E. Blair, Miss Annie Study, Howard L. Study, Walter S. Study, Robert B. Study, all of Tyrone; a niece and two nephews. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Miss Study was one of Tyrone's pioneer milliners, having engaged in that business in West Tenth street for more than fifty years, retiring about two years ago. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock in the Graham and Getz funeral parlors in charge of the Rev. W. O. Yates. Burial will be Grandview cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral parlor after 7 o'clock this evening, and Tuesday afternoon and evening. Tyrone Daily Herald, Tyrone, Pa., January 16, 1950
