ALFRED W. SUCKLING.

A native of Hollidaysburg, died at his home, 70 Cust street, Hazelwood, last 
Thursday.  He was born in Hollidaysburg July 7, 1859, a son of Walter and Hester 
(Mills) Suckling, and went to Pittsburgh 69 years ago.  Mr. Suckling was retired 
from the B. & O. railroad shops in 1927.  Surviving are the following sons and 
daughters: Alfred T. of Kittanning, Arthur O. and Mrs. Hester E. Vowinkel of 
Pittsburgh, Mrs. Helen S. Wolfe of Bellevue and Mrs. Ruth W. Keith of Altoona; 
11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Interment was made at 
Pittsburgh.
