Sullivan, aged 43, of 910 1/2 Seventh avenue, died at the Mercy hospital, this morning at 2:10 o'clock, from a complication of diseases. He was admitted to the institution on January 23, and is survived by a wife, Mrs. Mary Sullivan and two children. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Altoona Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Thursday Morning, February 1, 1917 JOHN VINCENT SULLIVAN John Vincent Sullivan, notice of whose death at Mercy hospital early yesterday morning appeared in the yesterday's Tribune, was born in this city, April 24, 1872, and was a son of Patrick (deceased) and Julia Sullivan, of 2713 Seventh avenue. He spent practically all his life in this city. He was married in Altoona twelve years ago to Miss Mary Morris, who survives, with two children, William and Vincent, both at home. He is also survived by his mother and the following brothers and sisters: William H., of Pittsburg, Sister Marie Pauline, of St. John's convent, Pittsburg, Mrs. J. F. Smith, of 1908 Pine avenue, Mrs. B. H. Cassidy, of 2706 Seventh avenue, and Misses Alice and Frances, both at home. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic church. The body was removed to the home, 2713 Seventh avenue, yesterday noon, where it may be viewed at any time. Funeral services will be held in the Mt. Carmel church Saturday morning at 9 o'clock, when a requiem mass will be said, the funeral cortege leaving the home at 8:30 o'clock. Interment will follow in St. John's cemetery.
