SUMMERS.

  William E. Summers died at his home at 2316 Eighth avenue on Tuesday 
night at 1.50 o'clock of influenza, after a brief illness.  He was born 
in this city on April 13, 1885, the son of George and Ida Summers and 
was employed in the Juniata shops.  Surviving are his widow, the 
parents and two brothers, John and Charles, all of this city.  He was a 
member of Simpson Methodist church, the shop labor union and the 
Railroad relief.  The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 
o'clock from the residence.  Interment will follow in Oak Ridge 
cemetery.
