He was born April 21, 1943 in Tyrone, a son of Harold F. Sr. and Louise (Franchio) Sweitzer. Surviving is a daughter Tracy Lear and husband Mike of Mt. Holly Springs, a son, David of Mt. Holly Springs, 2 grandchildren, Chadwick and Allison, his mother of Tyrone, 3 sisters, Kay Spacht and husband Walt of Water Street, Judy Haverstein and husband Bob of Tyrone, Brenda at home, a brother Bobby at home, special friend Leola Lightner of Tyrone and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Mr. Sweitzer retired on disability in 2000 from the Cumberland Valley School District as janitor. He was previously employed at Chicago Rivet, Tyrone for 18 years and at PPG, Carlisle for 11 years. He was a 1961 graduate of Tyrone High School with perfect attendance from Kindergarten through 12th Grade. He was a member of the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder Fire Company. Butch enjoyed golf, dancing, basketball, Penn State sports and the Steelers. Funeral services will be held today, Monday, November 19, 2007 at 6 p.m. at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Henry L. Shaffer officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of services. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
