THOMAS

  John Thomas, a colored resident of the city, recently brought here 
from the south by the P.R.R. Co., died at the Altoona hospital on 
Saturday morning at 6:30 o'clock from pneumonia.  He resided at the 
Merchants hotel and was admitted to the hospital only a week ago.
