CATHARINE A. THOMPSON

  Mrs. Catharine Alice Thompson, wife of Joshua Thompson, of 
Thomastown, died at 12.10 yesterday afternoon from complications after 
having been sick for several years.  She was born at Howard, Pa., July 
22, 1852, and had been a resident of this vicinity for the past 17 
years.  She was united in marriage with Joshua Thompson on Aug. 8, 
1888?.  He survives with the following daughters: Mrs. Minnie Weierick 
and Mrs. Clara Rhodes of Tyrone, Mrs. Fannie Gates and Mrs. Lillian 
Daughenbaugh of Thomastown.  She also leaves one brother, William 
Monsell, of Bellefonte, Pa.  Funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon 
at 2 o'clock from the late home in charge of Rev. Ulrich.  Interment in 
Grand View cemetery.
