Mrs. Grace Thompson, widow of Edward Thompson, died last evening at 5 o'clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward White, on West Walnut street, of a complication of diseases. She had been taken to the Nason hospital at Roaring Spring several days ago for treatment and was brought from that institution yesterday to her daughter's home. Her residence was at 620 Blair street. Eleven years ago her husband, Edward Thompson, was killed in an accident at the P.R.R. shops of Altoona, where he was employed. Deceased attended the Baptist church and was a very estimable woman. She is survived by the following children: Mildred, Roller, Lillian and Naomi, at home; also by these brothers and sisters: Joseph M. McKendrie, of Johnstown; Alex, of Hollidaysburg; Mrs. Edward White, of Hollidaysburg; Nellie, of Ohio, and Mrs. Ralph Kenewel, of Lewistown, and Mrs. George Burket, of Hollidaysburg. The funeral will take place from the home of Mrs. White, where she died, on Friday at an hour to be announced later. Altoona Tribune, Wednesday, February 5, 1919, page 9 FUNERAL NOTICE. The funeral of Mrs. Grace Thompson will be held on Friday morning at 11 o'clock at the Methodist Episcopal church at Frankstown, services to be conducted by Rev. E. N.
