THOMPSON Of 120 Jones street, Hollidaysburg, died at his home at 6 o'clock Saturday evening after having been an invalid for the last nineteen years. He was born in Hollidaysburg on Sept. 18, 1873, a son of W. F. and Mary Ann Thompson, and was a carpenter by trade, working for some years as a car repairman for the Pennsylvania railroad. His wife, Mrs. Ada (Snare) Thompson, died two years ago. Surviving are one daughter and two sons, Mrs. Kenneth Hamel of Brush mountain, Harry and Brady, at home; two brothers and one sister, Roller Thompson of Hollidaysburg, Stehley of Midland and Miss Bess Thompson of Hollidaysburg. Mr. Thompson was a member of the Methodist church and of the Order of Maccabees. Contributors note: William Finley Thompson was the son of William Finley Thompson Sr. and Mary Ann Brady. The children were Harry Calvin Thompson, Mary Madeline (Thompson) Hamel and William Brady Thompson. Harry was married to Margaret Ellen Brantlinger and William Brady was married to Loretta Jane Long.
