Rose Tomlinson,

Daughter of Francis Tomlinson, of 1600 Seventh avenue, died at the 
family residence at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon, after but a brief 
illness of inflammation of the bowels.  She was born October 21, 1879, 
and was a bright and intelligent little girl.  She was the light and 
comfort and only daughter of the motherless family and a general 
favorite among her acquaintances.  She was a member of the Sacred Heart 
Catholic church and of the Children's Sodality.  The funeral will take 
place tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock.  Services will be held in the 
Sacred Heart church.  Interment in St. John's cemetery.
