EDWIN M. TONER 
Native of Tyrone Died In  Altoona Sunday Afternoon

  Edwin Marion Toner, a former well known citizen of Tyrone, died in 
Altoona Sunday afternoon at five o'clock, after several month's illness 
from a complication of diseases.  
  Edwin M. Toner was the last member of the family of Mr. and Mrs. 
Anthony C. Toner.  His father was a well known furniture dealer and 
undertaker in Tyrone a number of years ago.  His brother, John Toner, 
and sister, Miss Katie Toner, died several years ago.  
  Edwin M. Toner was born here January 8, 1860, and for a number of 
years resided at 1216 Twelfth avenue, Altoona where he passed away 
yesterday.  He never married.  He had been a member of the Presbyterian 
church for many years.  
  Funeral services will be held at Graham and Son's funeral parlors on 
West Tenth street on Tuesday afternoon at 3.30 conducted by Rev. Joseph 
A. Speer.  Interment in Grandview cemetery.
