JACOB TRACHSLER

Of Salinas, Calif., formerly of Altoona, died yesterday afternoon.  He was born 
in Switzerland June 1, 1870, and came to Altoona in 1890.  He resided here until 
moving to California in 1947.  He is survived by his wife, Cora; one son and one 
daughter, Alfred of Duncansville and Mrs. E. C. Ankeny of Tallmidge, O., and two 
step-children, Mrs. Frank Zumsteg of Bell Flower, Calif., and Mrs. J. P. Speacht 
of Altoona.  Mr. Trachsler was a member of the Calvary Baptist church in the 
city.  Interment will be made in California.
