Deaths of Children

  On Saturday morning at 6:30 John Elliott, little son of Mr. and Mrs. J. 
Elliott Trego, of 1230 Seventh avenue, died of diphtheria and was buried in 
Logan Valley cemetery  at Bellwood at 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon.  The little 
boy, who was best known as "Jack," was a universal favorite among friends at 
Tyrone, where most of his short life was spent, and at Bellwood, where his 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Waters, reside.  He was born September 24, 
1913.  He and little Harvey Heiler, drowned on Memorial Day, were playmates, 
living in the same block.
