He was born at Duncansville, R.D. 1, May 13, 1872, a son of John and Catherine (Wyerman) Turnbaugh, and married Miss Florence Yingling, who died in 1949. Mr. Turnbaugh was a member of the Duncansville Lutheran church. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Brubaker and Miss Christina Turnbaugh of Duncansville, R.D. 1 and Charles of Hamburg, N.Y.; three brothers, Charles of North Dakota and James and Frank of Altoona; four grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. G.B. Harman. Interment in Carson Valley cemetery. Friends are being received at the Liebegott funeral home, Duncansville, from 7 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Sunday, thereafter at the church.
