CONSTANCE CARR TURNER 

  Mrs. Constance Carr Turner, 70, of Norfolk, VA, formerly of Bellwood, 
died Thursday, December 15, 2005 in Norfolk, VA.
  She was born on May 4, 1935 in Bellwood, a daughter of the late Ralph 
W. and Martha Fay (Garver) Carr.
  Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Buford "Bo" Turner of Norfolk, 
VA; two sons: Michael and Scott Turner both in Norfolk, VA; two 
daughters: Michelle Kempe and Sandra Drake both of Virginia Beach, VA; 
four grandchildren: Jeffrey, Sarah, Justin and Jennifer; two son-in-
laws: John Kempe and Keith Drake; step mother: Ruthie Carr of Bellwood; 
a brother Ralph "Chip" Carr of Duncansville; mother-in-law: Ora Turner; 
a sister-in-law: Aileen Krzyzenowski; and many other loving relatives.
  Mrs. Turner was a US Navy Veteran.
  She was a 1953 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School.
  Mrs. Turner was a talented artist and enjoyed painting landscapes and 
scenery.
  Private family graveside services were held with military honors at 
the Horton Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, VA. 
  Arrangements were handled by Cremation and Funeral Services of 
Tidewater.
