WILLIAM C. UTLEY,

A resident of Millville, died at his home at Mill Run yesterday 
afternoon at 4.30 o'clock, death resulting from pneumonia after a brief 
illness.  He was born near Orbisonia, Huntingdon county, on Aug. 7, 
1857.  He was formerly employed in Altoona railroad shops but he was 
compelled to give up his work for the Pennsy on account of ill health, 
he then going to Mill Run.  He is survived by a son, L. C. Utley of 
this city, one daughter Mrs. Jennie Snyder of Detroit, Mich., and a 
sister, Mrs. Sarah Bard of Orbisonia.  The funeral will be held on 
Monday afternoon from the home at Mill Run at 2.30 o'clock with Rev. J. 
K. Knisely, pastor of the Broad Avenue Methodist church, in charge.  
The body will be taken to Orbisonia on Tuesday morning where interment 
will be made.
