By telegram yesterday we were informed of the death of Martin Vail, which occurred in the Danville asylum on Wednesday, in which institution he had been a resident for a year past on account of mind trouble, produced by illness. He was for many years in the employ of the Pennsylvania railroad on the Tyrone division, occupying the position of division foreman. He was a faithful and efficient employe. His remains will likely be brought to this place for interment. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Friday, March 6, 1891 TYRONE TOPICS. The remains of Martin Vail, whose death we announced in yesterday's "Topics" as occurring in the Danville asylum, were brought to this place yesterday evening on Bald Eagle express, and taken to the residence of Joseph Schell, his brother-in-law, on Alley F, south of Juniata street, and this morning at 9 o'clock will be taken to St. Matthew's chapel, on Cameron street, where requiem mass will be held, presided over by Rev.
