VAN COURT

  Francis Marion Van Court died at the home of his daughter, 612 Fifth 
avenue, at 3:10 o'clock yesterday morning.  He was born in Wayne 
township, Oct. 1, 1845 and for the past seven years resided in this 
city.  His wife preceded him to the grave seven years ago, and he is 
survived by these children: Howard E., Mrs. Mary Baker and Mrs. Elsie 
Fullmer, all of this city.  Eight grandchildren also survive.  Funeral 
services will be held at his daughter's home, 612 Fifth avenue, at 7:45 
o'clock tonight and the remains will be taken to Mt. Union, where 
burial will be made in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
