BELLE VAN ZANDT, a brief note of whose death appeared in yesterday's Tribune, was the daughter of Theodore and Matilda Sickles and was born at Hollidaysburg April 11, 1852. In 1867 she was married to George B. Van Zandt in Hollidaysburg, and her husband, with these children, survives: James P., Mrs. Fanny May Rhoades, Mrs. Tilly B. Downs, Mrs. Blanche Lonsdale, George M., Harry B., and Arthur, all of Altoona. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Newton, of Altoona; Charles, John, William and Jacob, of near Wilmore, and Mrs. Annie Fleck, of Lincoln, Neb. The deceased was a member of the Second Baptist church. Funeral services will be held at the late residence to-morrow afternoon, and the remains will afterwards be taken to Hollidaysburg on the 1.50 train for interment.
