WILLIAM VICTORY.

  William Victory, aged 29 years, son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas K. 
Maher, formerly of this city, died last Friday at his home in Cleveland, O., 
from pneumonia following an attack of influenza.  His wife, who was Miss 
Rose Maher, and three children survive.  Mr. Victory was secretary-treasurer 
of the Rosemary Coal company, of Cleveland, and an active young business man 
with a promising career before him.  The funeral, which took place Monday, 
was attended by Mr. and Mrs. John Gority, of this city.
