He was born in Illinois, Nov. 28, 1879, the son of Rev. W. H. and Mary Jane Vincent. He was employed as a brakeman on the Middle division of the Pennsy for several years. On Feb. 23, 1913, he was married to Miss Della Taylor, of near Mt. Union, who, with two children, Theodore and Chester, survive. Five step-children, Jeanette, Joseph, Pearl, Anna and Elva, also survive, as does his father and one sister, Mrs. Sara E. Troy, of Mt. Union. He was a member of the P.R.R.
