Watson As the result of a second stroke of paralysis, James H. Watson, a well known yard engineer of this city, died at his home, 1222 Fifteenth Avenue, yesterday morning at 11:45 o'clock. He was stricken for the first time about six weeks ago, but had apparently recovered. Yesterday he was again taken suddenly ill and passed away at the hour stated. Mr. Watson was born in Venango County on August 4, 1853, and came to this city thirty-five years ago and entered the employ of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company as a brakeman. Eleven years later he was made an engineer, in which capacity he worked ever since. In 1882 he married Mary E. Irwin, of Armstrong County, who survives with the following children: Charles, Harry, Belle, George, Olive, Nellie, all of this city, and Mrs. T.B. Barnes, of Fort Wayne, Ind. One brother, John, of this city, also survives. He was an attendant of the First Methodist Episcopal Church of this city. The funeral will be held at the late home on Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery.
