WAITE Of 721 Fifth avenue, died at his home at 6.30 o'clock last evening of a heart attack following a brief illness. He was born on Jan. 15, 1877, in Bald Eagle valley, a son of Samuel and Anna Mary Waite, and was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company. Surviving are his wife, who was Miss Elizabeth Barr of Summerhill; one son, Ronald D. Waite of Juniata; his father, of the city; one brother and three sisters, Clark Waite of Juniata, Mrs. Philip Clapper of Spruce Creek, Mrs. Harris Stewart of Juniata and Mrs. Gerald Harpster of the city. Mr. Waite was a member of the Fifth Avenue Methodist church, the United Spanish War Veterans, Tyrone Moose lodge, No. 25, and the Goodwill council, No. 42, Jr. O.U.A.M. The body may be viewed at the home. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock in the Fifth Avenue Methodist church.
