Clara Bell Waite 
 
  Mrs. Clara Bell Waite, of Box 60, Fuoss Mills, Tyrone RD 5, died 
Wednesday morning at 10:50 o'clock, unexpectedly.
  She was born Dec. 16, 1901, in Tyrone, a daughter of Thomas and 
Bertha Bottoff Snyder.  On Dec. 16, 1922, she was married to Earl C. 
Waite at the parsonage of the First Methodist Church with the Rev. Mr. 
Fasick presiding.
  Surviving are the husband, two daughters and a son, Letitia Jane 
Waite, of Cowell, Ark.; Mrs. Jerry G. (Mardell) Miller, of Tipton, and 
the Rev. Jack Earl Waite, of Coalport.  Also surviving are four 
grandchildren and a brother, Foster Snyder, of Tyrone, and a number of 
nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a son, Robert, and 
six brothers and sisters.
  She was a member of the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church of 
Fuoss Mills and the Women's Missionary Prayer Fellowship of the church. 
  Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Getz & Searer 
Funeral Home, the Rev. David A. Croxton officiating.  Burial will be in 
Grazierville Cemetery.  Friends will be received at the funeral home on 
Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 
the service.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the Fuoss Mills 
Christian & Missionary Alliance Church Building Fund.
