DUNCANSVILLE.

  The funeral of Mrs. D. D. Waite, of Cross Keys, was very largely attended 
on Sunday afternoon.  The services were conducted by Rev. J. V. L. Wagner, 
pastor of the Hicks Memorial Methodist Episcopal church, assisted by Rev. L. 
B. Bennerat, of the Brethren church at Carson valley.
