MRS. MAGGIE WALLACE.

  On Saturday morning last Mrs. Maggie A. Gordon, wife of John Wallace, died 
at her home, corner of Sixth avenue and Linden street, Juniata, in 
childbirth, aged 33 years.  The deceased was of Scotch birth and had lived in 
this country but a short while.  She was a most estimable lady and her sad 
death has caused great mourning to the circle of friends she has made.  
Funeral services were conducted at the residence this afternoon by Rev. 
Arthur W. Spooner.  The interment was made in Fairview cemetery.
