WALTERS Died at his home, 417 Beech avenue, at 11.55 o'clock yesterday forenoon of apoplexy. He was born Dec. 16, 1856. He is survived by six children: A. C. Walters, at whose home he died; Mrs. A. G. Daugherty of Altoona, H. E. Walters of Marysville, Mrs. A. Reigner of Reading, Adolphus, jr., of Baltimore, Mrs. L. Wardlaw of Wardlaw, S.C. Eleven grandchildren survive and these brothers and sisters: H. E. and R. A. Walters and Mrs. H. M. Haines of Altoona, Tate Walters of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Clara Reed of South Altoona, Mrs. C. B. Weyandt of Alum Bank, Mrs. John Devore of Johnstown. Mr. Walters was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church in Fulton county and since in the city attended the Grace church. He was a member of the Independent Order of Foresters. Funeral service will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in the Reformed church at Osterburg and interment will be made in the cemetery nearby. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Thursday, May 31, 1923
