He was born at Hopewell January 30, 1891, a son of Luther and Della (Ruggles) Warsing and on July 3, 1919, in Newry, married Laura Conrad. Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Weaver of Duncansville RD 1, Mrs. Helen Croyle of the city and Miss Dolores, at home; four grandchildren, one sister and one brother, Mrs. Pearl Sadler of Drexel Hill and C. Lloyd of the city. Mr. Warsing was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Juniata Memorial Post, American Legion. He was a veteran of World War I and retired in 1949 as a material inspector in the steel shop, Altoona Works. He had resided in the 12th Ward for the past 35 years.
