Two years ago he sustained a fall, the injuries leaving him an invalid. Last Friday, he was stricken with paralysis and sank rapidly. Mr. Watt was born near Chest Springs, Cambria County, November 23, 1819, his age at the time of death being past ninety-one years. He was reared and educated in the vicinity of his home and had the distinction of having been baptized by Prince Gallitzin at Loretto. He followed the occupation of a farmer until about twenty seven years ago when he moved his family to this city, since then living a retired life.
