Watters died yesterday morning at his home, 404 Twenty- first avenue, aged 55 years. He had been in ill health for more than a year. Before becoming ill, he was employed by the Pennsy. He was a member of the Fairview Methodist church and is survived by his wife and one son, Moreland, at home. Two children to a former marriage, Charles of this city and Margaret, at home, also survive, in addition to the following brothers and sisters: Moreland Watters and Norris Watters of Bellwood, Jerry Watters of this city; Miss Rosie Watters of Bellwood and Mrs. Tillie Bills of Pittsburgh.
