ELLA M. WEAVER

Of Newry, died at 10.40 a.m. yesterday, March 22, 1970, in Nason 
Hospital, Roaring Spring, where she was admitted Friday, after an 
extended illness. She was born at Dry Run Aug. 8, 1884, a daughter of 
David and Catherine (Stiffler) Yeckley, and married George Weaver, who 
died Aug. 10, 1953. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Grace Berkey of 
Newry and Mrs. Ruth Kunsman of Hollidaysburg RD; four grandchildren, 
five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Weaver 
was a member of the Newry Lutheran Church and LCW. Friends will be 
received in the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, from 2 to 4 and 7 
to 9 p.m. today.

NAME INCORRECT

  Mrs. Ella M. Weaver of Newry was a daughter of David and Catherine 
(Stiffler) Leighty instead of Yeckley as was incorrectly reported for 
her obituary Monday.
