VERNA OLIVE WEAVER.

  At the home of her parents, James R. and Anna Weaver, on Main street, Verna 
Olive Weaver died at noon yesterday, of stomach trouble.  She was born at 
Bellwood, April 15, 1902, and all her life had been spent here.  Surviving 
are the parents and these brothers and sisters: Joseph, Mrs. Lorena Herzog, 
Marguerite, Chalmer, Leone and Helen, all at home.  Verna was a faithful 
member of the Methodist Episcopal church, Sunday school and Junior league, 
greatly loved by all who knew her.  The funeral service will be held in that 
church on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30.  Interment in Logan Valley cemetery.
