Weaver died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Weaver in Bellwood on Thursday evening at 8 o'clock, death being due to tuberculosis of the spine. Three years ago he underwent an operation for the relief of the disease, but he never fully recovered. He had been employed at the Burnham steel plant until about a year ago. Wilmer Weaver was born in Bellwood, May 28, 1891, and his entire life was spent there. He was a graduate of the Bellwood High school in the class of 1911, and during and since his school days he had been highly popular among a large circle of young folks. He was a Christian young man, a member of the Presbyterian church. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Saturday Morning, April 6, 1918 FUNERAL NOTICE. The funeral of Wilmer E. Weaver will be held at the Bellwood Presbyterian church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
