WEBB Of 1118 Fifteenth avenue, a veteran of the World war, died at his home at 9.15 o'clock last night. He was born at Duncansville on Feb. 9, 1888, a son of Albert and Ida Davis Webb. Mr. Webb served for eight years in the United States navy and for twenty-one months in France during the World war. He was formerly employed in the Altoona works planing mill. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara (Croyle) Webb, his mother in Hollidaysburg, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Cecelia Stewart and Mrs. Mary Miller of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Nancy Good and Charles S. Webb of the city, Mrs. Effie Ake of Cleveland, O., and William J. Webb of Detroit, Mich. Mr. Webb was of the Lutheran faith, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Odd Fellows and P. R. R. relief. Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock. WEBB - The funeral of Russell H. Webb of 1118 Fifteenth avenue will be held from the family home with services at 2:30 o'clock Thursday in charge of Rev. Burleigh A. Peters. Interment will follow in Rose Hill cemetery.
