MRS. ANNA MARY WERTS 

Wife of Charles P. Werts of 3708 ? avenue, died suddenly at her home at 
5:45 0'clock yesterday morning of a heart attack.  She was born in 
Blair county on Nov. 27, 1865, daughter of Henry and Sarah 
(Shultzabarger) Clapper.  Surviving are her husband, six sons and 
daughters, William W. Werts of Johnson City, N.Y., James H., Mrs. H. 
Baker Reed of the city, A. Clair of Huntingdon, Miss M. and Charles N. 
Werts, both at home; two grandchildren, five brothers and one sister, 
William, Samuel R. and Ralph E. Clapper all of the city, Harry of 
Pittsburgh, Andrew W. Clapper of Pike?, Kentucky and Mrs. Ada Vaughn of 
the city.  Mrs. Werts was a member of the Llyswen Methodist church.  
Friends are being received at the Tobias and Laughlin funeral home.
