MR. JACOB WERTZ

Died at his home in Gaysport Thursday morning, aged 65 years.  He had 
resided in Frankstown township nearly all his life.  His wife died four 
years ago.  Mr. Wertz served three years in the late war.  He was a 
consistent member of the Lutheran church.  The following children survive: 
Mrs. Thos. McCormack and Mrs. Russ Delozier, of Frankstown township; David, 
of Iowa; Maggie, Kate, John and Arthur at home.  The funeral services will 
be held in the Geeseytown church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock; interment 
in Geeseytown cemetery.
