Wiggins, who died at his home, 1411? Eighth avenue, on Tuesday night, will take place from the residence on Friday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. Service will be public. Mr. Wiggins was a member of the First Presbyterian church, being united in membership by letter from the First Presbyterian church of Allegheny in 1869. He was chosen to the eldership forty-four years ago and was the dean of that body. He taught an adult ladies' Bible class in the Sunday school. He is survived by a daughter, Miss Jessie B. Wiggins, and the following brothers and sisters: Joseph Wiggins of Eustis, Fla., Rev. A. W. Wiggins of Earlville, Ia., Mrs. Catherine Stevenson and Miss Margaret Wiggins, both of Pittsburgh.
