Williams, a highly respected resident of Berwick, passed away at her home at 8:20 last Friday evening, her death following a lingering illness of a complication of diseases. Since a year ago last May she had been unable to walk. Taking to her bed a week ago her condition became worse and she sank rapidly until she passed away. Mrs. Williams was a daughter of William Jarrard, deceased. Her husband and two children survive - Mrs. Fred Hess and Benjamin, O., both at home. The following brothers and sisters: Henry C. Jarrard, 120 East Willow avenue, this city; Mrs. Albert Belford, of Kingston; C. L. and M. L. Jarrard, both of Berwick, and Joseph Fry, a half- brother of Berwick, also survives. The funeral services were held at her late home Monday afternoon at 3:30. Interment occurred at Pine Grove cemetery.
