All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _______________________________________________ PORTER MARTIN WILLS Aged 56, of 540 Twenty-second avenue, died at 12.30 o'clock yesternoon noon [sic] while being removed to the Altoona hospital in the ambulance after suffering a heart attack while walking on Twenty-fourth avenue, near Tenth street. He was born in Altoona on March 17, 1884, a son of F. Samuel and Matilda (Griffey) Wills, and married Elizabeth Fetterolf on May 22, 1912. Mr. Wills was employed by the S. A. Hite & Son company until three years ago when he suffered a fall while at work. Surviving are his wife, two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Laura Mitchell, Miss Fannie Wills and Samuel Wills, all of the city. Mr. Wills was of the Methodist faith. Friends are being received at the home. WILLS - Funeral services for Porter Martin Wills of 540 Twenty-second avenue will be held at the home at 2.30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon by Rev. Harold Pruyn.
